Food
I get very inspired by great chefs and restaurants. I eat food every day, sometimes more than once a day, and so I appreciate people who can raise its preparation to an artform, or even just to a high level of craft.
Tanahashi Toshio
Years ago, for the 20th anniversary of our first kiss, Alec and I went to a incredible vegetarian restaurant called Gesshinkyo, in Tokyo. It closed in 2007, but here’s an interview with its chef, Tanahashi Toshio, that I found this morning:
